林菲到“幸福饭店”打工，乘机接近金龙，笑姑鼓励金龙和林菲来往。笑姑把顶下的干巴刹交给金龙打理，但金龙却管不了干巴刹的一班老伙记，笑姑只好帮他收拾残局。外公欠下大耳窿的债，大耳窿要来锁阿公的肉骨茶档，肉骨妹为救金龙而受伤。
To get closer to Jinlong, Lin Fei starts work at the restaurant. Xiao Gu encourages both of them to see each other. Meanwhile, Jinlong is not able to handle the senior staff in the stall that Xiao Gu got for him. Instead, Xiao Gu has to handle the matter personally. Jinlong's grandfather runs up a huge debt with the loansharks and the latter creates a scene at the bak kut teh stall. Rou Gu Mei injures herself while trying to save Jinlong.
